Can I sue my OBGYN if the IUD he placed in me has gone wrong? Read for details..? - can cervix be in wrong place

I had the IUD, because with my son, but was removed when I found that was in my throat and then surgically removed. I can not afford the surgery, what should I do?

Your Ob-Gyn explain the risks? One of the most common complication is the integration of the spiral, so you should check are the strings after each period. This would explain before you put it - you signed a consent form for the procedure, which recognizes that the risks were explained. If you have signed this form, it is unlikely to have an affair.

Surgery, and concerns about the bill later.
Regarding the complaint against the doctor, probably not, unless you create evil.
I had a spiral, and has begun on the side of the belly stick.
Sometimes.
In any case, you should be removed!
