Implantation bleeding happens before your time would be. Baby (pregnant) DPO ovulate 5-10 days. So if you have a 28-day cycle and ovulation have 14 days, you had implantation bleeding had some time between 19-24 days of her cycle. It is pale pink or brown. It is as hard a time at all. Should not really even require pantyliner. Only a few spots. is also rare, far removed from the experiences of all women. It is a very reliable indicator of pregnancy.

U could be the development of lactose intolerance. Try cutting milk with a couple of days and see if it will. I had the same problem and it turned out I was lactose intolerant.
