I am really confused and sick all the time, I have a constant need for an early all the time, but more frequently and is also an opportunity for small itchy. Any suggestions on this?

Sounds like a urinary tract infection. Drink lots of water and make an appointment with the doctor and the only cure for the infection cycle of antibiotics. If left untreated, it can be on the kidneys.
